Our History and Vision
1992: Rooted in Faith & Founding Vision
Hands of Mercy (HOM) was prayerfully established by Vietnam War veteran Yeshi Reinhardt to bring God's hope and healing to those affected by war and terrorism in Israel, securing registrations in Israel, Norway, and the USA.
2009: Relocation to Sderot & "Tents of Victory"
A pivotal step was taken with the relocation to Sderot, establishing the "Tents of Victory"—a beacon of refuge and spiritual empowerment.
New Season & Passing the Torch
Yeshi Reinhardt, guided by discernment, entrusted HOM's leadership to Y.S Goldman, marking a new chapter for expanded reach and transformational impact.
2019: Return to Jerusalem & Broadening Compassion
Fulfilling Yeshi's prophetic vision, HOM returned to Jerusalem. Under Y.S Goldman's leadership, the mission expanded to include outreach in South Tel Aviv, ministering to those battling addiction and trafficking, and supporting the homeless.
Multiplying Hope Through Practical Love
HOM's initiatives grew to include providing holiday supermarket vouchers to struggling families and delivering critical equipment and supplies to frontline workers in conflict zones, igniting a "pay it forward" culture.
Cultivating Empowerment & Spiritual Resilience
Guided by Yeshi's wisdom, Y.S Goldman's team developed a forward-thinking approach, shifting to cultivate resilient communities through practical preparedness training, holistic mental health support, and biblical-based trauma therapy.
